Was released from federal facility on Wednesday.

Chelsea Manning was released from prison Wednesday after being incarcerated for nearly seven years for leaking confidential military and diplomatic information to WikiLeaks, and has shared the first picture of herself since her release. “Okay, so here I am everyone!!” Manning wrote on Instagram and Twitter, along with a photo of herself. Since her release yesterday, Manning has taken to social media to share small details of her newfound freedom—including selfies and pizza dinners. Manning was sentenced to 35 years in prison but had her sentence commuted by President Obama earlier this year.
