R&B singer Chris Brown rejected a plea deal on Wednesday for the charge that he assaulted a man outside the W Hotel in Washington, DC. Brown’s lawyers said that he rejected the deal because he is not guilty, but the prosecutors in court say they will turn over a video surveillance that shows otherwise. When Brown was charged for the alleged attack he was still on probation in California for the 2009 attack on his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
