Officials with the Central Intelligence Agency reportedly left “explosive training material” from a training exercise under the hood of a Virginia school bus. That bus, in Loudoun County, carried elementary and high school students from home to school with explosive materials in its engine compartment. CIA officials later alleged that the material “did not pose a danger to passengers on the bus."
