The movie-theater chain where 12 people were gunned down in Aurora, Colorado, four years ago is asking for $700,000 from the families of shooting victims who unsuccessfully sued the company. Cinemark was accused of several security lapses that made the attack even deadlier. Last month, the company was found to be not liable for the shooting. The fines are still pending approval from judges.
