After declaring bankruptcy in 2009, Circuit City may return to your local strip mall by 2017. Investors Ronny Shmoel and Albert Liniado bought the rights to the company and plan to reopen stores with new touchscreen terminals to allow customers to look through inventory. The first new store would likely open in Dallas, with upwards of 50 to 100 stores opened by next year.
