CNN host Ashleigh Banfield challenged Obama campaign press secretary Ben LaBolt on the recent ad that uses testimonies from laid-off steel workers about Mitt Romney's tenure at Bain Capital. "Come on, you're mincing dates and you're cheating here," Banfield charged. The two went back and forth over whether Romney was actually in charge of Bain when it took over the particular factory featured in the video. "Keep it clean out there for heavens sake, we hate that crap on our television," Banfield urged. "Be nice to each other, pump your own guy up, it's nicer for us Americans."
