No time like the present to make an arrest in a case from 1989. Investigators in California say they've arrested the husband of Cathy Zimmer, a 38-year-old mother of two who was found strangled in her car at the San Jose airport 25 years ago. At the time, her body was found wrapped in a quilt in the backseat. Her husband, David Zimmer was arrested on Friday, and his brother, Robert Zimmer, was arrested last week. Both were charged with her murder. Her husband apparently made $183,000 on her two life insurance policies.
