An Oklahoma court has halted the execution of Richard Glossip, who was scheduled to receive a lethal injection this afternoon. Glossip has been on death row for 18 years after being convicted of murdering his boss in 1997. A maintenance man with whom Glossip worked had previously admitted to the murder, but Glossip was complicit in a coverup after the fact, authorities say.
