Cristiano Ronaldo fans were thrown for a loop when a new statue was unveiled of the footballer at the Madeira airport.
According to Bleecher Report, the bust was meant to honor Ronaldo, whose name now graces the airport, but good luck having a relaxing flight after seeing this face. The Real Madrid and Portugal soccer star’s vaguely menacing visage now sneers at passersby.
Ronaldo is not the first celebrity to fall prey to sculptors. Remember Lucille Ball’s demon-eyed, face-melted statue? Nightmares.
