The global accounting giant Deloitte has been hit by a sophisticated cyberattack that may have exposed the email usernames, passwords, and personal details of the firm’s clients, The Guardian reported Monday. The hack was reported to have been discovered in March after having gone unnoticed for months. Malicious Hackers infiltrated Deloitte’s global email server in October or November 2016 by accessing an “administrator’s account” that presumably gave them unrestricted access to all areas.
