The Dallas Mavericks won their first NBA title on Sunday night in a close game (105-95) with the Miami Heat - and on the Heat's home floor. It was an act of revenge for the Mavericks, who lost to the Heat in the 2006 finals. "Tonight, we got vindication," said Mavericks Guard Jason Terry, who scored 27 points in the final game. The Mavericks won four of the series' last five games. It was a tough loss The Heat, particularly for Miami's secret weapon LeBron James. After a stellar season with 72 total wins for his team, James has yet to win an NBA title.
