The 44-year-old man who allegedly threw grenades into two houses and shot four people to death in Dallas Wednesday had his record wiped in a program for veterans trying to get their lives back. Erbie Bowser’s criminal history, which included major domestic violence, was expunged after he graduated from the program, and he may have lied about his past to get in. Bowser’s rampage was targeted at his estranged wife and ex-girlfriend. His wife, Zina Bowser, and her daughter were killed.
