A lock of late rocker David Bowie’s hair went up for auction over the weekend and sold for an astonishing $18,750, with the proceeds going to an animal-welfare center in Thailand. The Heritage Auctions event also sold Prince’s famed Yellow Cloud guitar for $137,500.
