Noted white supremacist and Republican Louisiana Senate candidate David Duke reached the polling threshold required to qualify for a televised debate. Duke, a former leader in the Ku Klux Klan, is an enthusiastic supporter of Donald Trump, but his party has largely disavowed him, including Republican National Committe Chairman Reince Priebus. The debate is taking place on Nov. 2 at Dillard University, a historically black college.
