Day of the Dead Comes to New Orleans (PHOTOS)

Mexico’s Dia de los Muertos is increasingly popular north of the Rio Grande, and no city has done a better job of embracing the traditions surrounding All-Saints Day and then adding the sort of lagniappe for which the Crescent City is famous: street parades, jazz bands, public art displays, and a wilingness to don outrageous party outfits at the drop of a downbeat.
