Yes, you read that right: deer antler spray. The PED, also available in pill form, contains the hormone IGF-1, which is used to help in recovery and in building lean muscles. A story published in Sports Illustrated has dropped two major names in sports: football star Ray Lewis and golfer Vijay Singh. Lewis has repeatedly denied the allegations, and on Wednesday, Singh said that while he did use the spray, he had no idea it contained a banned substance.
