Former U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich filed paperwork on Monday for a potential campaign to become Ohio’s governor. Kucinich, a Democrat, served eight terms in Congress before losing reelection in 2012. On Monday, he filed paperwork to designate a treasurer for a potential gubernatorial campaign. Ohio’s current governor, John Kasich, a Republican, is term-limited, and cannot run for reelection after his term ends January 2019.
