A massive tornado ripped through Moore, Oklahoma, a suburb just south of Oklahoma City, on Monday afternoon, killing an estimated 24 people, including nine children. Between 12,000 and 13,000 homes were damaged, according to the Oklahoma City mayor. At least a mile wide with winds over 200 miles per hour, the twister leveled entire neighborhoods and an elementary school.
