A website called “Dogequest” has posted a searchable map with the alleged names, addresses, location and phone numbers of every single Tesla owner in the United States, in an attempt to shame them into selling their cars.
The website also shows the location of every Tesla showroom, charging station and the known addresses of Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) employees.
FBI Director Kash Patel’s home is also listed on the map, which uses a molotov cocktail as its cursor.
The site’s owners claim they will remove user’s personal information from the map if they provide proof they have sold their Tesla.
A section of the site titled “What is DOGEQUEST?” reads: “DOGEQUEST is the ultimate hub for enthusiasts of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)! Our innovative platform allows users to explore an interactive map of DOGE landmarks.
“But that’s not all! We also cater to Tesla Motors owners, providing a comprehensive resource to locate nearby service centers, showrooms, and charging stations—all at their fingertips.”
Another section with the subheading “I want my information removed” adds: “Absolutely! Just provide us with proof that you’ve sold your Tesla.
“Email takedown@dogeque.st. We only accept scanned documents in JPG and PNG formats.”
The site also links to the No Trace Project, which describes itself as “A collection of tools to help anarchists and other rebels understand the capabilities of their enemies, undermine surveillance efforts, and ultimately act without getting caught.”
Dogequest says it “neither endorses nor condemns any actions” taken as a result of its existence.
It comes as a series of weekly protests branded “Tesla Takedown” have occurred at various locations across the U.S., which has seen a number of vehicles set on fire and various charging stations and dealerships vandalized by protesters.
On Tuesday, a masked man used molotov cocktails to firebomb a Tesla dealership in Las Vegas before firing rounds into the burning vehicles.
A Cybertruck owner in New York City was also left stunned last week when he watched a man leap out of a nearby car and carve a swastika into his vehicle, the New York Post reports.
Elon Musk responded to Dogequest’s existence by tweeting: “Encouraging destruction of Teslas throughout the country is extreme domestic terrorism!!”
Tesla’s shares have plummeted by 53 percent since reaching a record high in December following Trump’s election, with around $800 billion wiped from its market value in 2025, Business Insider reports.
Ross Gerber, one of Tesla’s early investors, has since called on Musk to step down as CEO of the company after claiming his work in DOGE has “destroyed” the electric vehicle maker’s reputation.
“The company’s reputation has just been destroyed by Elon Musk,” he told Sky News on Tuesday. “Sales are plummeting, so yeah, it’s a crisis.
“You literally can’t sell the best product in the marketplace because the CEO is so divisive.”
