Dole Recalls Spinach for Salmonella Risk

Dole Fresh Vegetables is voluntarily recalling bags of spinach sold in 13 states because of a possible salmonella risk. A sample of the product tested positive for the bacteria in Michigan. The recall affects products coded A27409B and A27409A with an “enjoy by” date of Oct. 15.
