Well, this is an interesting sales tactic. A lavish estate that held the distinction of being the most expensive residential property in Texas went on the market last year for $60 million and did not sell. The owners have now changed the price—in the upward direction. Bloomberg reports that The Lodge at Hunters Creek in Houston is now listed at $65 million. That gets you a 22,000-square-foot main house on nine acres surrounded by a bayou, plus a guest house and guard house.
