Dominican authorities have summoned Tampa Bay Rays shortstop Wander Franco for questioning just one day after the Prosecutor’s Office for Children and Adolescents searched two homes while attempting to determine his whereabouts, ESPN Deportes reported. The summons was delivered to Domingo’s lawyers, asking that he appear for questioning on Thursday morning. Franco has been accused of inappropriate relationships with minors.
