Forty people were arrested on Wednesday during Capitol Hill protests against the Republican health-care bill. According to the U.S. Capitol Police, 19 men and 21 women were arrested when they refused to leave Senate offices. Multiple senators’ offices were targeted, including Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomey and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has delayed a vote on the unpopular legislation until after the July 4 recess while he tries to get conservative and moderate holdouts on board.
