Dylann Roof planned to kill himself after massacring parishioners in a Charleston, South Carolina church last June, his friend Joey Meek testified on Friday. Meek revealed this new information as part of a guilty plea, admitting that he knew of Roof's plans to shoot African Americans at the Emanuel AME Church. Roof is facing nine murder charges for the massacre. Meek faces up to eight years in prison for lying to police, and failing to report a crime.
