Elon Musk—joining the #DeleteFacebook movement—removed Facebook pages for SpaceX and Tesla on Friday after he was questioned about the accounts on Twitter. TechCruch reports that Musk responded to one Twitter user, saying that he “didn’t realize” SpaceX even had a Facebook page. The tech billionaire reportedly shut the accounts down about 20 mins after he said he would in a tweet. Both pages had over 2.6 million Likes and Follows combined. When a Twitter user pointed out that Musk also has a presence on Instagram, which is owned by Facebook, he replied that the app is “borderline” and that “FB influence (sic) is slowly creeping in.”
