Sir Elton John married his longtime partner David Furnish on Sunday. The couple shared the good news over Instagram with the hashtag #ShareTheLove while publicizing photos of the preparation for their special ceremony. Under British law, couples that had civil partnerships can convert them into marriages. Furnish and John have been together over 20 years and joined together in a civil partnership in 2005. They also have two sons together, Zachary and Elijah, who are believed to have served as ring bearers. Several celebrities were in attendance at the nuptials including Vicotira Beckhamand Elizabeth Hurley.
