NOT A ‘GOOD TIME GIRL’

“She did not have any idea about Diddy,” said the former staffer in a Threads post.

A former staffer for Jennifer Lopez has slammed claims on social media that she knew about Diddy’s bad behavior—which led to the rapper being charged with human trafficking and racketeering.

In a message posted on Threads, Thea de Sousa said if the public really knew Lopez behind the scenes, they wouldn’t buy into the rumors.

“If you knew Jennifer Lopez, if you ever worked with her like I did, or if you were close with people who are like family to her like I am, you would know she did not have any idea about Diddy,” wrote de Sousa in a since-deleted post.

de Sousa, who describes herself as a former “Hollywood development girl,” claims to have worked with Lopez in the early 2000s, at the height of her relationship with Diddy. According to de Sousa, J.Lo “does not deserve to be conflated with [Diddy’s] shocking and criminal misdeeds.”

She added that Lopez “barely drinks, she is not a partier, she isn’t a good time girl, she is a workaholic who uplifts woman and who was charmed by him for a brief time in her life.”

In response to her post, a commentator retorted, “Or maybe, just maybe, you’re not even privy to that part of her life. ‘Working for her’ could mean a lot of different things.”

Under that post, de Sousa shot back, “Personally I was not privy to anything but people I am still close with are.”
