Former NHL star Mike Comrie is under investigation after allegations he raped a woman at his home in Los Angeles on Saturday, according to a TMZ report. Comrie, who is the ex-husband of actress Hilary Duff, admitted an encounter occurred, but that it was consensual. The alleged victim told police that she was raped by Comrie multiple times that night. She went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and underwent a rape kit, according to the report.
