A former Fox News employee claims the network barred her from investigating ties between President Trump and Russia. Jessica Golloher, a former Fox radio correspondent, said the right-leaning cable outlet prevented her from traveling to Moscow to investigate the Trump campaign’s Russia ties, even when she offered to pay her own way. Golloher is currently suing Fox for gender discrimination, and spoke Monday in British Parliament amid the country’s debate over 21st Century Fox’s desired takeover of Sky Plc. “You can’t do in-depth reporting if you’re not there,” Golloher said during the meeting, according to Bloomberg. “Fox is just buying what the White House is selling.” In a statement, Fox News replied: “Jessica Golloher’s claims are without merit. Her allegations of discrimination and retaliation are baseless. We will vigorously defend the matter.”
