The fashion label Diesel has become the latest major brand to cut ties with photographer Terry Richardson, in the wake of magazine group Condé Nast International’s blacklisting of him. The nature of Richardson’s sexual relationships with models has come under renewed focus in recent days, following the sexual-assault scandal surrounding movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. A spokesperson for Diesel said in a statement sent to The Daily Beast, “I can confirm to you that we are not collaborating with Terry Richardson for the Diesel campaign, and also that we don’t have plans to work with him.” Diesel is following the lead of fashion brands Valentino and Bulgari in severing ties with Richardson after Condé Nast revealed its titles would not use any of Richardson’s material in the future. Richardson claims the sex he had with models was “consensual.” —Lizzie Crocker, Tim Teeman
