An off-duty FBI agent showing off his dance moves at a Denver club accidentally shot a fellow club-goer when his service weapon fell out of its holster. The incident occurred at about 12:45 a.m. on Saturday at the Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar, police said. Video released by local news station KMGH shows the unnamed agent surrounded by club-goers cheering him on as he does a back handspring, which sends his firearm flying onto the dance floor. Police say the gun went off when the agent picked it up, wounding a patron in the leg. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in good condition. Denver authorities have opened an investigation into the incident to determine whether any charges will be filed against the agent, who was released to his supervisor at the FBI.
