One of the FBI’s 10 most-wanted fugitives has been captured. On Monday, police in Nicaragua detained Eric Justin Toth, a former Washington, D.C., elementary-school teacher accused of possessing and producing child pornography. Toth was fired in 2008 after child pornography was discovered on a school camera, and he soon disappeared. He was detained near the border of Nicaragua and Honduras. There had been a $100,000 reward offered for any information that would lead to his arrest.
