So far this season, two Major League Baseball pitchers have been perfect. The Seattle Mariners’ Felix Hernandez just became the third. The 2010 Cy Young Award winner threw a perfect game against the Tampa Bay Rays Wednesday, striking out 12 batters on his way to completing nine innings without letting a single runner on base. The Mariners won the game 1-0. “I don’t have any words to explain this,” Fernandez said after the final out. “I realized in the third. I was like, wow, nobody on base.”
