Heather Cook, a former Maryland Epispocal Bishop, plead guilty Tuesday to a DUI that killed a bicyclist in 2014. Cook plead guilty to auto manslaughter, driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident because she reportedly kept going after the crash and only returned to the scene over thirty minutes later. Cook may serve a ten year jail sentence.
