Video and photographs of vote-tampering caste a dark cloud over Pakistan's first nation-wide election in 66 years. Hours before Muslim League leader and previous prime minister Nawaz Sharif declared a victory, Saturday, bloggers and journalists pointed to evidence of vote rigging at polling stations throughout the country. "Election-Day rigging isn't new in Pakistan but filming such incidents and exposing these rigging videos to the entire world is," bloggers at the site ProPakistani explained. Still, such evidence doesn't seem like it's likely to make much of an impact, as Sharif looks poised to secure the prime ministry for the third time.
