George H.W. Bush will be buried in a family plot next to his wife Barbara and three-year-old daughter Robin on the grounds of the presidential library that bares his name at Texas A&M University, the school announced Saturday according to the Associated Press. Bush's body will make its way to Texas following memorial and funeral in Washington, D.C. The 41st president will lie in state at the Capitol Rotunda, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced Saturday. Members of the House and Senate will honor Bush, who died Friday at age 94, with an arrival ceremony at 5 p.m. Monday. Members of the public can pay their respects from 7:30 p.m. Monday to 7 a.m. Wednesday, McConnell said in a tweet. Bush’s family is expected to release additional details about memorial arrangements after the Capitol ceremony, according to McConnell. President Trump, who is presently at the Group of 20 summit in Argentina, has ordered that American flags fly at half-staff for 30 days in honor of Bush, according to The Associated Press. Trump also declared Wednesday a national day of mourning.
