Fox & Friends sent correspondent Griff Jenkins to McAllen, Texas, on Friday morning to show U.S. Border Patrol agents arresting people attempting to cross the border. Footage showed agents patting down and cuffing a group of people while Jenkins described their movements, “These guys—unlike the last group that was running at us over tracks—these guys were bended down in this brush.” The reporter called the operation a “nonstop constant cat and mouse game that is exhausting our border patrol” and relayed that “we’ve made more arrests.” Anchor Ainsley Earhardt, from the studio, asked Jenkins if the people will be caught and released, which he affirmed, stating the migrants were given a summons to return, which he called a “run notice.” He concluded those migrants are “never to be seen again. They blend into the fabric of the country, and that’s what this is all about.”
