Roughly 3.7 million people marched today in Paris for “freedom and tolerance” in the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo massacre. Various world leaders also attended, as French President Francois Hollande was joined by UK Prime Minister David Cameron, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, King Abdullah of Jordan, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and others for a total of 50 world leaders. Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas also took part. The two-mile march from the Place de la République to the Place de la Nation was lead by family members of the victims.
