The man who took cell phone video of Freddie Gray, the Baltimore man who died of a spinal injury he suffered while in police custody, says he found Gray “screaming for his life” face down with a police officer’s knee on his neck and another officer bending his legs so that his heels touched his back. “They had him folded up like he was a crab or a piece of origami. He was all bent up,” 28-year-old Kevin Moore told the Baltimore Sun. “He said ‘I can’t breathe. I need a pump,’ and they ignored him.” (Gray had asthma.) Moore added, “The police yelled ‘stop resisting,’ but there was no resistance. He couldn’t move.”
