President Obama Will Be Overthrown on November 19
Mark your calendars, folks. Barack Obama has finally been convicted by a people’s court in Florida of defrauding voters with that bogus birth certificate of his, and he’ll likely be thrown out of office on November 19. This according to Larry Klayman, founder of the conservative non-profit Judicial Watch, who wrote a blog post Monday claiming that the Obama was indicted by a citizens grand jury back in September and waived his right to a jury trial, resulting in a citizens’ judge sentencing the president to 10 years. “Of course, Obama will not willingly obey the law of the people,” Klayman wrote at the website Renew America. “He will attempt to hide behind the iron fences of the White House, perhaps cowering under his desk for fear that the people will rise up and demand his ouster.” And make no mistake, that will happen, on precisely November 19. That’s the day Klayman is calling for “millions of Americans who have been appalled and disgusted by Obama’s criminality--his Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda”--to storm Washington and demand he resign from office. At the same time he suggests that this mob of angry Americans use the peaceful techniques of Mahatma Gandhi, Klayman writes, “King George III may have been a greedy ‘control freak,’ but at least he was a Christian. The United States is being run by a Muslim bent on furthering an Islamic caliphate who seeks to destroy our spirituality and the body politic of our Judeo-Christian roots.”
Children of Illegal Immigrants Don’t Deserve “Fancy Electronics”

Conservative activist Phyllis Schlafly is very concerned about the new program that will bring iPads to every student in the Los Angeles Unified School District, a program described by the Los Angeles Times as an effort to “put a school district composed mostly of low-income, minority students on an even footing with more prosperous students, how have such devices at home, at school or both.” Schlafly isn’t bothered by the fact that some students have reportedly already figured out how to hack the devices for personal use. Rather, she is distraught over the idea that the already-struggling school district is spending taxpayer money on “fancy electronics” that could potentially be used to help teach children of illegal immigrants. “To add insult to injury, many of the students who will be receiving a taxpayer-funded iPad aren’t even supposed to be in the United States,” she said in her Eagle Forum radio commentary Thursday. “Los Angeles has one of the highest illegal alien populations in the U.S. Almost 400,000 illegal aliens live in this district. Almost a third of its students are classified as 'English Learners.'”
Kansas Creationists File Federal Lawsuit Against Darwinism
A creationist group called Citizens for Objective Public Education, along with 15 parents from across the state of Kansas, filed a federal lawsuit against the state board of education, all ten of its members, the state’s education commissioner, and the Kansas Department of Education to block the introduction of new science standards. The standards, which were developed by Kansas and 25 other states plus the National Research Council, treats evolution and climate change as well-established and important concepts for grade school students. The standards’ foes argue this promotes atheism and is a violation of the religious freedom of both the students and their parents. The parents who’ve joined the suit say they want their children taught that “life is a creation made for a purpose,” arguing that the state is effectively trying to indoctrinate students starting in kindergarten. “By the time you get into the third grade, you learn all the essential elements of Darwinian evolution,” said John Calvert, one of the attorneys involved in the case. “By the time you’re in middle school you’re a Darwinist.” The group’s opponents, however, are hardly concerned. “This is about as frivolous as lawsuits get,” said Steven Case, director of the University of Kansas’ science education center.
Texas Tries to Tackle Teen Pregnancy Without Talking About Birth Control
The Texas Department of Health is spending $1.2 million on a brand new website in an attempt to curb its teen pregnancy problem without actually mentioning birth control or, frankly, any sexual health information. The site, called “Our Town 4 Teens,” is funded in part by the Title V State Abstinence Education Grant Program, a federal program that provides money to state-run initiatives that encourage abstinence before marriage. When asked by the Texas Observer why the site makes no mention of birth control, a health department spokesperson said, “The campaign focuses on the delay of sexual activity as a way to decrease the teen birth rate and the rate of sexually transmitted diseases. State laws guide the agency, and as a general strategy Texas is an abstinence-first state. Abstinence is our first choice for teens.”
John Kerry Should Be Arrested for Treason
Gun rights enthusiasts and general alarmists were up in arms (pun intended) this week over John Kerry’s decision to sign a U.N. Arms Trade Treaty, despite the promise of several lawmakers that it will never get ratified. Twitter was been flooded with calls for the Secretary of State to be arrested, tried and even hanged for treason from people arguing that Kerry basically signed away Americans’ Second Amendment rights to a foreign entity. Kerry insists that the treaty--which is intended to regulate cross-border weapons exchange to prevent the international sale of guns used for terrorism, organized crime or human rights violations--doesn’t take any rights away from Americans. Yet his opponents in the NRA and Congress argue that signing the agreement is just one step away from tightening gun laws in the U.S. and restricting Second Amendment rights. Feed that argument to gun-loving Twitter users and you get hundreds of accusations of treason. Good thing Kerry’s probably used to this.
