Muammar Gaddafi isn’t going anywhere, apparently. The deposed Libyan leader has issued a new audio warning denying that he has fled the country. "To all my beloved Libyans, the Libyan land is yours and you need to defend it against all those traitors, the dogs, those that have been in Libya and are trying to take over the land," Gaddafi said in the recording. The rebels claim to have surrounded Gaddafi within a 60-kilometer radius and say he is traveling in a 10-car convoy and staying in a tent.
