A Palestinian man said he was duped into selling a Banksy mural for less than $175, the BBC reported Wednesday. Rabie Darduna discovered the image of a weeping Greek goddess painted on the only remaining door from his destroyed home in Gaza. Darduna said a local man pretended to work for the artist when he bought the Banksy original, which typically sells for hundreds of thousands of dollars. A painting by the artist on the wall of an English club sold for more than $590,000 last year. A representative for Banksy reportedly contacted the family to say the artist said the painting should be returned.
