Not since “hot felon” Jeremy Meeks’ arrest went viral has a mugshot gained so much adoration. But Georgia sorority girl Lily Stewart’s flawless booking photo from a speeding arrest on March 8 has claimed the hearts of internet users, with many gushing over her dazzling smile and well kept hair. The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to the New York Post that Stewart, who is a student at the University of Georgia in Athens and a member of Alpha Chi Omega’s UGA chapter, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol for going over the “maximum limits.” Her mugshot was posted on multiple Facebook and X accounts with one user commenting “your honor, she was just trying to get to brunch for bottomless mimosas,” and another adding “whatever she did my heart says she’s innocent.” One commenter said “they done locked up Miss America!” Stewart took to her TikTok account to address these reactions, posting some of her “favorite/unhinged comments” on her mugshot, like “must have been a sale at lululemon.” Stewart’s attorney Stephen Morris told TMZ Wednesday morning that the speeding charges against her were dropped and she will have to complete a defensive driving class as well as community service. Stewart previously faced a fine of $1000 according to The Post.
