It was only a matter of time before the Girl Scouts ditched gluten. The organization, which brings in over $700 million annually in cookie sales, is testing out a new gluten-free shortbread cookie with chocolate chips. Brimming with Girl Scout cheer, their site announces "Millions of Americans have problems eating food with gluten -- so we've created a delicious cookie just for them!" Thankfully, the classics will still be available in their gluten-goodness.
