Google continues to break into new technology markets, now with an e-reader that allows users to buy books from the Google eBookstore. The device, called the iriver Story HD, looks like the first-generation Amazon Kindle, but with bronze buttons. Google says its bookstore features more than 3 million free e-books. Users may also be able to check out e-books from their local library. The device goes on sale at Target on July 17.
