Texas state Rep. Jonathan Stickland has been caught posting online about his desire for a "smoking buddy" with whom he can "smoke da green," as well as musing on how "rape is non existent in marriage." The Republican legislator wrote to a marijuana enthusiasts' website. "Rape is non existent in marriage, take what you want my friend!" he posted to a fantasy football forum. In response to the unearthed comments, published by the Austin-based Quorum Report, Stickland said: "I have said and done things I wish I hadn't."
