Former Vice President Al Gore and his wife Tipper have paid nearly $8.875 million for a five-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa in the Montecito, California area. The Italian-style home has a view of the ocean with a swimming pool, spa, and fountains on its 1.5 acres. Oh, and six fireplaces.
