After winning her ski trial, Paltrow appeared to whisper “I wish you well” to Terry Sanderson, who’d been attempting to sue her for $300,000 in damages.

After a Utah jury determined that Gwyneth Paltrow was faultless, and Terry Sanderson, a retired optometrist, was 100% at fault in a 2016 ski collision Sanderson had accused Paltrow of causing, bringing an end to a two-weeks-long trial, Paltrow appeared to lean down while departing the courtroom on Thursday and whisper “I wish you well” to Sanderson. Sanderson had been attempting to sue Paltrow for $300,000 in damages. Instead, the jury determined that Paltrow herself be awarded $1 in damages.
