‘Harry Potter’ Play’s London Leads Coming to Broadway

The lead actors in the critically praised London production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will head to Broadway in March to begin previews for the New York version of the show. There will be 28 new actors in the two-part play, and the London show will continue with a new cast, according to producers. The London production won nine Olivier Awards after opening in 2016. The story features Harry’s son, Albus, 19 years after the end of J.K. Rowling’s last book in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
