A professorwho purchased the top floor of a 26-story building in Beijing, and who has spent the last six years constructing the fortress on top of the roof, will be asked to dismantle it if he can't prove in 15 days that it was built legally. Professor Zhang's creation may be confused as a rock garden from afar, but it is in fact a massive house. The Chinese media got word of the mansion and have taken action. Talk about a party foul.
